All about the role:

People Technologies is a cross-functional team within Group HR and Group IT responsible for the implementation, operation & support of Electrolux's global People (HR) platforms and systems.

The team plays a key role in driving globalization and continuous improvement of Electrolux's People (HR) processes leveraging platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, EdCast, DocuSign, PowerBI, Glint, and Phenom People.


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Integration Analyst to join our team.

What you'll do:

  • Configure the Workday system to suit organizational needs and improve operational efficiency

  • Gather and analyze requirements for integrations between Workday and other systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs

  • Develop comprehensive integration designs that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and ensuring scalability and maintainability

  • Build robust integrations using Workday Integration Tools (EIB, Core Connector, Studio, Cloud Connect)
  • Conduct thorough testing of integrations to address any identified issues or gaps

  • Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting integration issues, implementing fixes, and optimizing performance to maximize system efficiency

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation to support integration design, testing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer within the team

  • Support users in performing EIBs, offering guidance on error resolution, template population, and best practices

  • Stay current with Workday updates and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.

Who you are:

  • Preferred 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment)

  • Proven experience in designing, building, and testing integrations within the Workday ecosystem, with proficiency in Workday Integration Tools (EIB, Core Connector, Studio, Cloud Connect) and Workday Report Writer

  • Expertise in Web Services standards and protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, OAuth)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Experience in maintaining technical documentation and providing ongoing support for integrated systems

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • It will be an asset if you have:
  • Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll, Studio, Extend)

  • Experience with middleware technologies (e.

    g., Azure Cloud Integration Services)


  • Experience with other HR systems such as ServiceNow, Cornerstone, and Phenom People

  • Familiarity with Jira and SCRUM methodologies

Where you'll be:


You will be based in Krakow, Poland or in our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

In Krakow you'll be located in a modern office with colleagues dedicated to central HR, Finance, Accounting and IT services across Europe.
