Talent Acquisition Partner – Telecom/Tech

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Telecom and Tech to join our team in Stockholm.

What you will do

• Work closely with the recruitment team and our clients to find and attract candidates, primarily for engineering and R&D positions.

• Handle the recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Use a proactive approach and various methods and tools to find and attract the best talents globally.
• Use social media tools to launch recruitment campaigns.

• Network with academia, institutions and relevant social media groups.
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Analyse future market needs for R&D engineers and experts.

What you bring

• Three to five years of experience in headhunting and recruiting globally in telecom, tech, and R&D.
• Master's degree in tech/HR/telecom.
• Fluency in English.

  Swedish and a third language are meriting.

• A can-do and positive attitude towards your work and the people around you.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and experience in working with multi-cultural teams.

• Super-user skills on LinkedIn and other social media.
• Proactivity and a problem-solving attitude.
• Detailed knowledge of the European/global talent market.
• Customer focus and ability to build great relationships - both virtual and in-person.

This is a permanent contract starting in September 2024.
