About the Role

Icomera is looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to strengthen our IT Operations department.

Key responsibilities

Working here you will be:

• Monitoring and maintaining our server infrastructure.
• Ensuring system security and performance.
• Managing data backup and recovery.

• Participating in planning and executing IT projects.
• Continuously updating and upgrading systems according to the latest technology and security standards.

To be successful in this role

We are looking for someone with:

• A relevant college degree in IT and/or equivalent work experience.

• Strong knowledge of Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with cloud services like AWS or similar cloud services.

• A good understanding of IT security.
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish, written and spoken is considered an advantage.

You are senior or junior System Administrator with a passion for IT and tech. We think you are a natural problem solver and you enjoy helping others. You like to stay up to date in your areas of expertise and you enjoy to further develop yourself.
