We are looking for a experienced finance professional to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent and passionate Finance team based in Skellefteå.

By joining us, you will be a key player in our local finance team up at Northvolt Ett.

As Senior Manager Accounting you will be a critical member of the finance team, and you will bring structure to a start-up environment.

Your tasks is to build up the accounting function as a part of the finance team in Skellefteå taking the responsibility for accounting, reporting and building and developing the accounting team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and develop a team of specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Drive and develop the monthly closing procedures and reporting process.

• Streamline and improve accounting systems and operations
• Together with the team sense check monthly and quarterly results.

The person we are looking for is driven, caring and structured.

You thrive by leading others and work towards common goals. You are used to a high paced work environment and got good time management skills. Qualities that we cherish are flexibility, sense of quality, friendliness, motivation to take on new challenges, grit and a sense of humor.
