Tasks and responsibilities:In the role as Senior Production System Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of innovative solutions and enhancements for test equipment and tools in connected electronics, whether developed in-house at Sigma or for external clients.

You will collaborate closely with a team of talented and passionate individuals who share a common goal of creating innovative and cutting-edge automated production test solutions for a variety of products.

You will be involved in simpler PCB testers, full production line 5G mobile phone verification, advanced optics testers, and everything in between. The team values collaboration, creativity, continuous learning, and we are looking for someone who shares these values and is excited to learn from and contribute to the team.

As a Senior Production System Engineer, you will be a key player in technical customer projects and driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency within our Production Technology, Test Design, and Industrialization area.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering. Alternatively, you have gained similar knowledge through work experience in fields of embedded systems, electronics, or mechatronics.

• Previous experience in an engineering role, preferably with experience in PC based applications with measurement automation and manufacturing test • Strong knowledge of electronics over a wide range of technologies and ability to read and understand electrical or mechanical schematics • Previous experience with C# and .

NET • Good communication, documentation and writing skills in EnglishYou possess strong analytical skills and a knack for swiftly grasping tasks and plotting a path forward. Your logical approach, proactive collaboration, and adept problem-solving from a scientific and analytical standpoint define your work style.
