We are offering a student opportunity to our office in Stockholm:

Project Support (m/f/d)

With the scale of growth, our tender team has more to coordinate, correspond, prioritize, prepare, answer… - and it’s why we need you, who can smoothly help our tender team, on an hourly basis, during weekdays.

What you will do:

• Preparing and coordinating all necessary documentation according to qualification criteria.
• Support with request for quotations and price comparisons.

• Assist with cost estimations.
• Support with work preparation like time scheduling, method statements, working methods etc.
• Determine quantities and/or quantity verifications.
• Drafting bid presentations.

• Other administrative tasks and case studies

What we’re looking for?

• Performing studies in the fields of civil engineering or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), experience in MAP, Power Point, Autodesk, MS Project is an advantage.

• Disciplined and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize among many tasks, always as a team player.
• Positive attitude: approach work with enthusiasm and energy.
• Problem solving ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.

• Driven attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
• Constant Learner: actively seek new knowledge and skills.
• Convincing and strong communicative skills.

• Fluent in English and Swedish.
