Job Description:As a Product Manager at Wehype, you will work closely with your design and engineering counterparts to lead a cross-functional team. Your role encompasses the entire Wehype platform, supporting Creators, Games, talent managers, and internal operation teams.

In this position, you will own and lead key strategic product opportunities, guiding them from ideation to delivery. Your responsibility includes daily engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

As an influential leader and coach, you must be coordinated, structured, and catalyzing. Your role is crucial in representing the team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, enabling efficient decision-making, and facilitating effective prioritization.

Responsibilities:As a Product Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:- Know your customers: Understand how Wehype can better drive collaboration between Creators and Games to build stronger communities of Gamers, both today and in the future, and turn that knowledge into product opportunities.

- Vision, strategy, and prioritization: You will contribute to your product area’s vision and outcome-based roadmap. In doing so, you need to understand “what is important” and contribute to making the right choices and priorities.

You will own the product narrative towards the tech teams and help them prioritize their backlogs.- Communication: You are responsible for ensuring that your objectives and priorities are well-grounded and communicated to all relevant stakeholders; primarily other product teams, commercial teams, customers, and leaders within Wehype.

- Grow yourself and the team: Being a Product Manager requires strong self-confidence as well as the ability to influence, lead, and inspire other individuals, especially in cases of ambiguity. This job is an ever-ongoing journey of dialogue, discovery, and learning.

- Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps, setting priorities, and navigating constraints from concept to launch.- Expertise in defining products and customer experiences through detailed requirements and user stories.

- A talent for driving team progress with quick, clear decision-making and problem-solving.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with engineers, designers, sales teams, and partners.
