ROLE DESCRIPTION

1. A hands-on Lead to provide presales & solutioning support to Telco sales team & client partners within Nordics
2. Offer owner for advanced Connectivity wireless and wireline solution & services offers.

3. Understanding customers' business in the region and aligning the GTM with regional expectations.
4. Work with Telco team in Nordics to develop business for Capgemini Engineering such as
5. Smart Services (5G Industrial application over Private Networks).

6. Understand Capgemini Connectivity Offer portfolio, work closely with respective offer leads in global CoE/CTO org
7. build Offer based Solution for engaging customers in presales meetings, build Customer Value prop, roadmaps etc.

8. proposing Capgemini Engineering’s solutions offerings for both Wireless (5G /Wireline/IoT) and Wireline domains.
9. Acting as a trusted technology leader to customer for getting all Offer related technical and high-level business model, delivery model questions clarified.

10. Arrange demonstrations for customers and then influence the technical decision in favor of Capgemini Engineering.
11. Develop and expand regional partnerships working in close coordination with global partnership and alliance / CoE SI Offer Team

KEY SKILLS

• Have very strong customer facing communications skills w.

  r.t. Technology, Solutions

• Should be able to drive Customer meetings engaging customer with the offer and technology facets of the offer, value prop .
• Should have played System Architect or Key Solution Delivery Lead interfacing with customers.

• Ideally should have played Product Management and/or relevant Technical Presales role.
• Technical expertise in Wireless Area (4G with Virtualization or 5G), Telco Cloud Platform, Wireline
• LTE/5G Private Networks Use Cases
• IoT application for device monitoring, Asset Tracking
• Industrial applications of 4G/Low Power WAN (LPWAN) IoT OT networks/ connectivity Solutions.

  Private Networks.

• Packet Core Knowledge of Telco virtualization for 4G/5G core. 4G EPC/5G NGC
• 15 years of Industry experience
