- Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) procedures, conducting regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and inspections to uphold standards.

Your reliability and commitment to excellence ensure that you consistently deliver outstanding results, even in high-pressure situations. Qualifications: - Proven leadership experience within the maritime, transport, or logistics industry.

- Several years of hands-on experience in maritime operations. - Thorough knowledge of HSSE and employee relations regulations. - Possession of a valid driving license (B), preferably also for forklifts, tugs, or other heavy vehicles.
