medac in The Point Hyllie is now recruiting a structured, analytical and collaborative Information & Master Data Information Lead to the Nordic headquarter in Malmö. About the position You are offered a challenging and developing position. You will work with a professional and dedicated team on a Nordic and European level.The Nordic Information & Master Data Lead ensures data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data and information across business systems regarding prices, tenders and products.

You will support the business with required procedures and change requests when needed. The function will manage the flow of documentation within the organization.Your main responsibilities and accountabilities will be:Tender Management ------------------------- • Daily scanning of tender market • Update tender overview • Collect all data and documentation for tender submission (documentation preparation) • Update tender database with new, submitted and won tendersPrice Management ----------------------- • Update invoice prices to headquarters • Update wholesalers and distributors on new prices • Collect data and documents for price submission to authorities • Monthly invoice check and collaboration with headquartersMaster Data & Documentation ------------------------------------- • Responsible for maintaining master data on products in collaboration with Regulatory and Supply Chain • Support local Regulatory Affairs with information collection • Support Nordic Operations with digital archiving • Support Supply Chain with registration and maintenance towards distributors/wholesalersYou will report to the Nordic Director Operations.

Your profile We believe that you have at least 1-3 years of working experience after graduation from a university. We are flexible regarding your educational background, i.e. you could hold a degree in finance, IT, pharmacology, biochemistry or another relevant field.

Previous experience of working in a cross-Nordic environment and/or in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is valuable.You are bilingual (Swedish / Danish / Norwegian and English), i.e. you are fluent orally and in writing in one Scandinavian language and English.

You are also able to read and understand Swedish, Danish and/or Norwegian. It is meritorious if you master Finnish (orally and/or in writing).You need to be well-versed in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of data bases and other information systems/tools is a distinct advantage.

Previous experience from project coordination is an advantage.The successful candidate for the position is analytical, structured, demonstrates ownership, is thorough and a collaborator. You are curious, willing to learn new things and have an inner drive of finding ways to solve challenges within your area of responsibility.

On top of this, you are flexible, and service minded.You must have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, is an advantage for the position.

You should enjoy working in a smaller organization with a collaborative culture, open communication, and flexible working conditions.The position is based at the office in The Point Hyllie and is expected to be in the office minimum 60% (3 days a week), participate in internal conferences which sometimes includes travelling and overnight stays.
