To support this goal, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Learning & Training Experience Lead to build up training for our new and existing products and features.

As the Learning and Training Experience Lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of training to enhance the learning experience across our platform.

It will involve crafting scripts and training material that encompass hands-on training, educational videos, and other content to facilitate effective learning. You will be responsible for designing curriculums that encompass essential topics and learning objectives by collaboration with subject-matter experts, both to ensure consistency in messaging throughout all educational content, while also guaranteeing accuracy and relevance to the target audience.

By time you will get to design, facilitate, and deliver hands-on training sessions to empower users with the skills needed to proficiently utilize the Kognics platform and products. By continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our educational programs, you will also be utilizing metrics to iteratively enhance content and delivery methods.

All this to deliver technical training for our enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in laying the foundational piece for a larger global learning and training puzzle.

You are able to engage and collaborate with different stakeholders such as Machine Learning experts, product managers, engineering teams, perception experts and others within the Customer Success team to identify learning needs, gather insights, and align training initiatives with business priorities.

We see that you have a technical interest since your job will be centered around our data management platform. We believe you enjoy customer interaction, are solutions-oriented and have excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

• We believe you have a University degree within the relevant field and/or 3-4 years of experience in learning and training or within a technical enterprise role.

• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and/or training delivery.

• Demonstrated expertise in scripting and multimedia content creation, particularly for educational purposes.

• Experience in customer onboarding and enterprise training programs is highly desirable.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, fostering teamwork and driving consensus.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Interest and desire to expand knowledge in Machine Learning and AI product development for Kognic’s expansion into adjacent markets such as Robotics.

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• The role is hybrid but we prefer if you can be at our Gothenburg office about 3 days a week.
