Bistro1909 is a family owned restaurant in the old town of Alcúdia in Mallorca, Spain. Bistro 1909 is open for lunch and dinner and has a capacity of 44 covers on the terrace and 25 inside. The menu is presenting local ingredients in a global setting.

Several classics are side-by-side original Bistro dishes. The kitchen and service team consists of twelve people. We are open from March until November. Bistro1909 has Scandinavian owners and the company language is English.

Kitchen Assistant to our bistros We are looking for seasonal Kitchen Assistants to our bistro in the old town of Alcúdia, Mallorca. We believe that you have some relevant experience and a strong will to learn.

You will be trained on the job to be able to perform most common duties in a kitchen. You need to speak good English. You must have a strong interest in your job. You are a person who looks for interesting experiences and you can function well in a foreign environment as well as in a highly stressful situation.

You are a problem solver and you are capable of being flexible. You are also very social and enjoy to work close to other people. More than anything you are truly interested to learn new things and have a passion for good food.

You will be working in an international team. The capability to function well in a team is important.The contract for this employment starts 2 June and finishes for the season 31 October. The salary is according to agreement.
