Are you ready to embark on a journey where innovation meets expertise? We seek a passionate individual to take on the HV and Charging Systems Expert role. As part of our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the automotive industry.

Here's your chance to make a difference!This is what you will do most of the time:

  • Develop groundbreaking concepts that meet project prerequisites, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

  • Craft functional specifications and requirements, ensuring the highest levels of functionality, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in detailed design reviews, fostering innovation and excellence.

  • Refine requirements and allocate them to subsystems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews, including FMEA and Risk Assessments, ensuring the utmost safety and reliability.

  • Manage system/component suppliers, guaranteeing delivery of top-notch components on time and as per specifications.
  • Take charge in resolving project and factory fault reports, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

  • Drive development and design improvements, optimizing components, systems, costs, and manufacturing methods.

You have probably done something like this:

  • You have a documentedexperience in HV systems and/or Charging System development, with a focus on high power charging and power electronics.

  • Proficiency in Functional and Cybersecurity standards, ensuring cutting-edge solutions.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and tackle challenges with unwavering energy.
  • Cultural awareness, particularly in Asian-European dynamics, with experience working with Chinese teams highly valued.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, facilitating seamless communication across borders.
