Grow with us, showcase your skills, shape your career path, and enjoy every moment in a people-focused global company.   What you will do: As a German-speaking customer support representative, you will: Assist customers in the after-sales process via inbound calls, chat, or email by answering customer inquiries or processing potential inquiries.

Resolve product or service issues by resolving customer complaints. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using correct methods/tools. Provide real-time information that empowers the customer to make decisions.

Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs. Exceed customer service expectations so they remember and share their great experience. REQUIREMENTS Our client is a good fit for you if you: Have very good knowledge of German (written and oral) and speak English fluently (B2).

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users. Show patience when communicating and solving problems. Treat all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
