Reporting to the Regional Head of Finance Sweden Operations, you'll be the finance lead for one or multiple of our business areas. That means driving performance management, providing insightful financial and commercial input to business decisions, and delivering expert financial analysis of key risks and sensitivities.

Accountabilities:The Finance Business Partner is an integral part of a local leadership team supporting the business unit and leaders to drive strategic and tactical direction. You'll develop and drive short and long-term efficiency initiatives aspiring towards outstanding performance.

You'll develop business plans, budgets, and standard costs, ensuring that key issues and sensitivities are clearly communicated to key stakeholders. With an independent view on business performance, you'll challenge your business area and leaders to drive positive value outcomes for AstraZeneca.

You'll be accountable to ensure regular financial performance data is provided to support strategical, tactical, and operational decision-making and to drive efficiency and wider business performance.

Essential Skills/Experience:* Relevant educational background/qualification (Msc BA/Civilekonom or equivalent)* 5-10 years of Experience of Finance Business Partnering* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and in Swedish* Experience of using financial systems to support business decision making (budgeting, forecasting & modelling)* Delivery focus - able to manage competing deadlines & priorities optimallyDesirable Skills/Experience:* Experience of working in a (Pharma) or/and manufacturing environmentReady to make a difference?
