Finance Business Administrator NordicsA Snapshot of Your DayWe at Siemens Energy Real Estate is looking to recruit a Business Administrator. In this role you will be responsible supporting the North finance Head and Regional Technical counterparts in steering business by providing a complete and transparent analysis of Real Estate business including performance controlling of primarily Norway but also support in other countries in the the Nordics area namely Poland, Netherlands, Finland and Sweden.

How You’ll Make an Impact * Accurate Budgeting/Forecasting and month end reporting for countries under responsibility according to the corporate timetable * Ensure correctness and completeness of financial figures * Approving of Purchase Orders, invoices and preparation of accruals * Support Technical partners in identification and implementation of savings measures and ensure accurate reporting and documentation * Support process optimization and digitalization / automation and foster continuous improvements to increase cost transparency and accuracy.

* Evaluation of opportunities and risks from operational business * Steer, monitor and control country financial and operation performance * Commercial support for approvals * Ensuring compliance with accounting standards * Liaison with external service providers to ensure service qualityWhat You Bring * Bachelor/Master’s degree in financials * Previous experience working in a numerical or financial environment * Previous Real Estate experience and international experience is preferred * Good knowledge of SAP * Fluent in English * Ability to managing finance in a dynamic and growing business * Knowledge of IFRS 16 is preferred * The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the businessOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
