About the positionWe are now seeking a creative and resourceful Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication, with a passion for storytelling, creative content creation, and brand management.

This role will be responsible for supporting both internal and external communication efforts, as well as assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.What you will doIn your role as Communications and Marketing Coordinator you will be part of one of the smallest but most visible teams in NOVO Energy.

You will create compelling content for various internal and external communication channels including website, social media, press releases, and employer branding materials. Most of our content will be made in-house and together with the Communications & Public Affairs Manager you will develop, produce and execute communication and marketing activities to promote the company.

Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals. - Creating compelling graphical content (design assets, video and photography) on a regular basis, to be used in external and internal communications and marketing.

- Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy. - Assist in the coordination of marketing/employer branding campaigns, events, and promotions, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.

- Support internal communications efforts, including drafting employee newsletters, announcements, and organizational updates. - Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertising materials.Skills & RequirementsWe are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

We believe you have:- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Art Direction, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles. - Experience with video production/editing and photography.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different audiences and channels. - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or basic graphic design skills are a must.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all deliverables.

- Fluency in written and spoken English.It's also meriting if you have:- Proficiency in social media management tools and content management systems. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.

- Previous experience in a similar role in a start-up environment and/or sector focused on sustainability. - Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
