We are a small boutique hotel with 27 rooms located in the Swedish countryside, were we aim to create an oasis were the everyday falls away and there is space to relax and simply enjoy the presence.

We pride ourselves in a warm and welcoming service, were good food and wine is a big part of our identity. Requirements for the role:

• You have a great passion for food and guest service.
• We work with local, seasonal ingredients.
• Will always prioritise the guest well-being.

• Able to convey the concept of The Norrmans Castle through the food you cook.
• Experience from a kitchen, preferably at a similar level.
• Represent The Norrmans in a professional and good manner at all times, as well as follow and practice our company values
• Comfortable working in a small team where we help each other both in and outside the kitchen
• Able to work with a flexible schedule.

  We are seasonal based, and weekend and holiday work is expected

• Fluent in English, but Scandinavian language skills are valued.
• Start in April 2024 or as agreed
