ABOUT THE ROLEAs a member of the Operation Readiness team, you will be a part of a toolbox team of specialists who are the link between our Service Operations organization and the rest of the company.

The team consists of Business Developers, Business and Data Analysts, Process Owners and a group of Change Managers providing change control.For the role as a Change Manager, in change control, you will be working with our IPC processes, specifically change, to ensure process adherence and to enhance our customer focus.

This is an administrative role where you are expected to coordinate and approve planned work, ensure no scheduled conflicts as well as working with statistics and following up on results. Moreover, you are also expected to facilitate forums and workshops, and to help the team optimize and drive automation of the daily administration.
