Your Mission

∙Strategic System Architecture: Design and implement robust backend architectures that support scalable and resilient systems, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and can evolve with industry trends.

∙ Legacy System Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities for optimizing and refactoring legacy codebases, improving performance, and reducing technical debt without compromising system stability.

∙ Innovative System Development: Lead the charge in developing a new, state-of-the-art system from scratch, employing advanced programming techniques and technologies to set new industry benchmarks.

∙ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to align the backend technology with overall business goals, ensuring our core platform supports and drives strategic objectives.

Your Expedition Toolkit

∙ Expertise: Profound command over Golang with a 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing high-performance, production-level apps.

∙Database Mastery: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, with the ability to design complex schemas, optimize queries for performance, and implement best practices for database security and integrity.

∙Cloud Engineering: Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with expertise in architecting and managing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications.

∙ DevOps and Infrastructure: Comprehensive understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

∙Exceptional Communicator: Ability to articulate technical visions and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear and effective collaboration in a supportive environment.

∙ Energetic and Positive Leadership: Inspire your team with a can-do attitude, encouraging innovation, risk-taking, and collective problem-solving.∙ Strategic Thinker: You not only excel in technical execution but also contribute to strategic discussions, helping shape the future direction of our tech & products.
